Online Store

On 19 November I purchased various items on the online store as corporate gifts. The order amounted to more than R 10,000 rand. Upon receipt of the goods I send an email to correct the invoice to include the Company VAT number. To date I did not receive any feedback. In addition to the above I realized they delivered 2 items short. I first send an email requesting assistance. The first email was followed up by various additional mails and phone calls. I eventually just went into a store to buy missing items. Today I received a call indication that they will SMS me a voucher to the value of the items not delivered. Still I have not received any SMS containing these details. Order Number: 763****77
