Online shopping useless!

Online shopping absolutely useless! Ordered food 24 hours in advance in 1-3pm time slot. App showed order complete at 2pm. Called customer care at 3:40, still not delivered. Woman answered the phone “hello”, no identification that I’m through to Woolworths. She called driver, only leaving store now. Cresta store, when we have many closer stores to our location. No apology from call centre agent. I told her it’s all cold stuff, do they keep the food cool? She was clueless, couldn’t answer a thing. Expected more from this company. Never again!!!!
