Online shopping sucks

Online shopping sucks. Your drivers don't care where they drop off the food they say it is delivered but never was. We have order 3 time and each time we have to go pick it up at the shop as the driver is to lazy to come to my office or even call me to say he is there but he is not. I have also ask for my money back 2 times now and still have not got it. I am so over it. Maybe it is time to talk to Checkers and Pick and pay and find out how they can get it so right.
