Online shopping refund not possible

I made a purchase online at Woolworths on 11 November . On Tuesday afternoon 24th November I went to the store to get a refund since I saw something different I wanted to purchase for my daughter elsewhere. When I got to the till I was told I need to print out the email, I asked if it won't be possible for me to email it to them so they must print it out for me as I could see they had a PC. I was told no they can't I'd need to print it out myself. Fine I left went to print it out myself, upon my return, I'm told that refund won't be possible as my card is not a credit card and as per policy they do not give out cash to online shopping purchase. I was not asked open ended questions to avoid making me go out to print the invoice for nothing . Now my complaint was that the system doesn't take capitec debit card which is what I used to make a purchase. The slip indicates that I made a purchase with a credit card which is not what I used. They called the first manager who did not make sense of what she was saying since she told me I can take this matter to the complains department, it will be resolved once there's a lot of complains similar to my issue. I then asked for the manager in charge since she kept saying she was sent to say this and that. The manager by the name of Thandi Ngomane also could not resolve my issue since she said I must take my matter to head office since they deal with online shopping meaning they don't deal with such issue. Now my complain at this moment is that number one, my debit card was taken as a credit card and now since their system can't refund a debit card. I asked why was that not stated on the rules, they couldn't answer. I was told what they can do is refund me on my refund store card which is not what I want. I need the money to be refunded to me in whatever way, be it on my debit card or however way possible. I'm unsatisfied with the service I received at the wonderpark store and I would like this matter to be resolved
