Online Shopping Nightmare

Hours wasted trying to purchase R3k of goods online. Store card not accepted - not mine or my wife's. Same error on both - "The credit card wwcard could not be authorized for payment" A Long call to call centre who promised to investigate and call back within the hour. FIVE hours later I called to be told that IT said Fin Services would tell me why! They tell me my card issued in May 2017 was automatically cancelled for lack of credit purchases.!!!! Nothing that they can do about it!!! My wife's card is still not being accepted, so now Fin Services say it is an online website problem!! Pass the Buck and no resolution after another 37 mins on the phone!!! They tried to refer it back to the online call center which is now closed! I GIVE UP! No wonder WW results are so bad!!!! Alienate your regular high turnover customers is bound to have that result!!!
