Online shopping item missing & not rectified

I ordered some items online on 3 January The order was delivered, minus a mascara. I immediately alerted them to this and was assured it would be attended to. I am still waiting for either the product or a refund. The most frustrating thing is that people keep telling me they will see to it. I am surprised that they didn’t jump onto it immediately since there obviously has been some ********** activity.
