Online Shopping is a myth

I placed an order online on Tuesday, you choose your time and date of delivery, very nice website. But no delivery. I think this is pathetic. Why choose if they do what they want. My account was debited already, same day same minute. So you paid for your online purchase and you choose when and how. But they don't deliver. The service is terrible.
