Online Shopping information request

I requested sizing of handbags advertised on Woolworths online site as I would like to estimate the bag before I buy online. I emailed on 26/03 requesting the sizes and I re-sent my request today for a response. <br> I received an email back saying the bags are normal tote sizes and one of the bags are slightly smaller<br> this is really not helpul
