Online Shopping *****

I am beyond disgusted with Woolworths Online Shopping!

The total amount of R1289.88 for my order was paid via eft on Friday 31 July 2020.

Capitec: Payment -R1289.88 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref WOOLWORTHS ONLINE Cape Town ZA; Info ***

Woolworths was therefore required to REFUND R319,96, due to unavailability of stock.

What Woolworths has now done, by deducting R969.92 from the same account the eft was done, WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, constitutes ***** and theft!!! Capitec: Payment -R969.92 from SAVINGS ACCOUNT; Ref WOOLWORTHS ONLINE JOHANNESBURG GPZA; Info ***

By doing this, Woolworths has not only placed the account in default due to insufficient funds available costing additional bank charges, but has also totally depleted the account!!!

Woolworths needs to think before performing such transactions especially the repercussions taking into consideration that not everyone can afford to have duplicate transactions performed on their personal bank accounts with authorization!!! Also leaving the client in an embarrassing position.

R1289.88 as well as bank charges is now due by Woolworths.

If this matter is not immediately resolved and funds are not immediately made available, I will take legal action against Woolworths for *****, theft and financial distress! Effectively, with regards to the Skip Intelligence, Woolworths has short supp**** me a total of 2L! (4 x 2L vs 4 x 1,5L)

This is unacceptable on more than one level of customer service, advertising, misrepresentation and shortage of items paid for!

Also, the Skip Intelligent Anti-Ageing Auto Washing Liquid 2L *** was not provided.

The Skip Intelligent 1,5L was as provided.

Why is Woolworths falsely advertising a 2L, equivalent to a 3kg powder and supplying a 1,5L which is equivalent to a 2kg powder???

I am very unhappy with my online shopping experience!
