ONLINE SHOPPING FALSE

How very disappointing - I have been a customer of woolworths since I was 19 years old- the customer service was always of a high standard. It is with sadness after I write this I will NEVER EVER buy from WOOLWOTHS in SA ever again.

They opened online slots- as a customer I was impressed with the forward thinking- so I order my food to collect on line- Only to be advised by a friend who happened to find out that Woolworths had taken the money but WILL NOT BE PROCESSING the ONLINE purchase- when calling the call centre today - this has been confirmed- in other words IF I HAD NOT FOUND THIS OUT woolworths would have kept my money until the day of processing- BTW I had also received a confirmation e-mail that the order will be processed on the day I selected. AT THIS TIME THIS IS POOR SERVICE AND UNACCEPTALBE - we understand the store can not be open but to collect should have been available OR ONLINE should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!
