Online shopping experience

Bad experience online shopping during Covid-19 pandemic. My item was out of stock and it took them 3 weeks to get back to me to let me know my order will not be fulfilled. If stores like www.takealot.com can get this right and keep their customers updated. I do not see the problem. Highly recomment NOT using Woolworths online store during any sort of pandemic!
