Online shopping doesnt work

I did online shopping on Tuesday afternoon this week and was promised delivery the next day however 3 days later and I'm still waiting. I understand the online shopping department is quiet busy during this time however they do not answer their phone and I dont know whether to get my shopping elsewhere or not
