Online Shopping and Woolworths Pathetic Service Nightmare Saga ongoing
Dear Woolworths Online Shopping Management Please teach your Online Consultants (if you can call this guy that) - especially young males how to deal with customers effectively. No telephone etiquette, extremely condescending attitude requesting that I repeat what I clearly relayed on the telephone and not even going onto my profile then dropping the call. What is the criteria how do you recruit such pathetic He sounds like he was home in bed and trying to impress people around him trying to undermine and make me repeat myself. I am sorry to use the race thing now - but call a spade a spade - I am a coloured female this was a coloured male and he just dropped the phone - HAVE YOU EVER GOSH! The same thing happens at you cashiers - there are few men that have an attitude and they lack humility like the world owes them something. BIG UPS TO CHECKERS AND THEIR CASHIERS AND SIXTY SIXTY CALL CENTRE CONSULTANTS. Woolworths please educate your younger people - the world owes them nothing and that mentality will take them nowhere in life. Very shocking never thought I would ever need to send a message like this to Woolworths. But when a Caucasian person is in the line trying to pay old or young they HOP - WHAT THE HELL! I am a cardholder for over 18 years and so was my late mother - Woolworths service has just gone to the dogs. You go for a fitting with your teenage daughter for bras the staff all chat around like a bizaare and they say no we cannot assist you due to covid - but you so close to each other chatting - plain excuses no decency. We have lost our humane side
