Online shopping a JOKE

<p>First time I have shopped online with Woolworths and what a disaster. they say do you want a substitution for your product if it's not in stock and I said NO. Is that licence to take the money from your credit card and no one contacts you or sends a mail to say what's up. I had to phone as the customer to ask where my delivery is. Then lady at call centre says money was reserved on my credit card but not deducted! I don't see a refund or my balance increasing on said credit card. Won't be utilising this service again what's supposed to be convenience has just irritated me immensely and given me extra admin.</p>
