<p>It is incredibly annoying that you have dresses for sale online, that are actually out of stock. It is even more annoying that I have not automatically been refunded for the dress that I will not be getting. What I find disgusting though, is that I have sent two previous emails to Aqilah Chilwan regarding this issue and I have received absolutely no response from her! I emailed her because she notified me that my order is out of stock. Perhaps she is not the correct person to deal with the issue of the refund, but she could at least have the decency to respond and point me in the right direction. </p> <p> <br />I would like to speak to someone who is capable of dealing with this very simple issue. (clearly it is beyond the ability of Aqilah). </p>
