Online service what does it mean

Why would you have an online service if you do not even deliver to most parts of the country. Why do you have the online shop then?<br> <br> I would prefer to do the online shopping thing but now it is so disappointing to see that they do not deliver. Doesn't look like they deliver anywhere in the MP area.<br> <br> Really very disappointed in this online service.
