online service went wrong

i ordered online and got confirmation that delivery will be today, i called and was given a ref number to call fedex, what a useless courier company ,,,i called and my order was shipped from pta to jhb but i'm in pta ,no one knows why, called woolworths and i spoke to Grant and asked if i can change the address and he said even if i change the delivery won't be today , i made special arrangements for someone to receive this order at home and there will be no one at the address from tomorrow, i rather cancel and will go to ackermans to buy new baby clothes as these were needed by tomorrow
