Online purchase still not delivered after 3 weeks

Im writing this review on behalf of my wife. She purchased goods, in particular clothing during the black Friday specials. Everything went well until it got to the delivery... She has been told at least 5 times that she could not be reached in order for delivery to be arranged/scheduled. This is a blatant lie. She made bookings at security for the goods to be delivered, tried to phone, email, whatsapp everything but no luck. There is a new excuse every time she contracts by phone or mail but bottomline is the package/order is still not delivered. Its been more than 3 weeks already. This is really horrible service and at this stage we don't even know if the goods will ever be delivered Order number - O***
