Online order still not delivered I’m disgusted with Woolies

I placed an order on the 27th of December and I haven’t gotten it til now I enquired via their email channel but yo no avail I haven’t received any communication from them and I’m the one whose doing the communicating today I called and I found out that my order has been cancelled and I will receive a refund why because I did not receive any communication regarding a delivery attempt this is very annoying I am not happy with the online shop they have poor customer service
