Online order pathetic service

I am very disappointed with the service from Woolworths. I placed an online order and the delivery was scheduled for the 31 November 2025. After realizing that the says gave gone buy and no update has been given to me on the status of the order I then decided to follow. To my surprise my order was cancelled and no one bothered to let me know. I am now sitting here with no order and absolutely no update on what is going.
