Online order not received

On 22 December i ordered online from woolworths and have it delivered by 24 December which i paid extra for.

My package was not delivered. Being an understanding client i thought Christmas eve deliveries must have gotten the better of the courier company.

I order the package to be delivered on 24 December which i did not receive. I have been receiving daily sms’s from Wednesday saying my package would be delivered by 5pm on the day the sms was received.

Today i received another sms saying my package would be delivered by today 5pm. Just for the courier to call and ask me my address and that i will only receive my package on Monday. How is this possible?

Since 27th I’ve been receiving sms’ that my package would be delivered before 5pm on the day. Yesterday (Saturday) i received a call from the courier asking me my address thinking i was based elsewhere than where he was and then said i will receive my package on Monday.

Ive emailed customer care and the Agent that got back to me just said my package is out for delivery after i mentioned in the emailed that the courier said i would receive my package on Monday.

Im not one to complain but this service from Woolworth and their courier service is utterly disgraceful.
