Online Order not delivered. Nobody at Woolworths seems to know anything

o*** I placed this order on Saturday 29 June, and SELECTED delivery to be done on SATURDAY, 7 JULY between 10am and 1pm. On Tuesday 2 July I received a text that the package was being delivered that day between 10m and 1pm. I immediately called Woolworths and explained that there would not be anyone home and that I specifically requested a Saturday delivery. Apparently a note was made to make the delivery on Saturday. On Saturday I was kept hostage at home waiting for a delivery that didn't arrive. I called Woolworths twice to find out where the package was. And nobody seems to know. I requested that they change the delivery address to my work address as I would be at the office this week. I was told that it would be delivered early on Monday 8 July, and I would receive a delivery confirmation text before the parcel would arrive. It is almost noon, and I don't have a delivery confirmation text, or my package. I am really disappointed at Woolworths and at this point I just want to cancel the order and buy from another online store that will honour their delivery obligations
