Online order not delivered

My order o*** was scheduled for delivery on the 10th of October and nothing was delivered.

I called Woolworths to find out the status on my delivert and yet I did not receive any feedback. When I sent an email I was told that I have been notified that my order is cancelled. Yet no such email has been sent through.

So I basically have no order and also no information as to whether Ill be refunded or not.

So disappointed in Woolworths.. They selling lies on their Online website.
