Online order never delivered!!!!!!

I have had an online order out for delivery on Tuesday 24/08. I have still not received my order neither has Woolworths communicated to me. I have emailed and called. No assistance. I have requested this order to be cancelled as I obviously now no longer want those items and my account to be credited/refunded. This is unacceptable taking into account the money has already been paid for the items.
