Online order missing and no feedback !!

I’m very much disappointed with the service I received from Woolworths online . On the 9th April 2025 order number #o*** which was supposed to be delivered by the 15th however no delivery was made even though the App showed it was delivered. I then Spoke to the Chandre via chat who promised that she escalated the matter to the warehouse and feedback would be provided within 48hours. Unfortunately Chandre did not keep her promise as no call was received or even an email with feedback. I’m very disappointed with how poor this matter has been dealt with especially because it was my 1st time order item online . I need my refund or parcel delivered to me ASAP. My son was supposed to wear the shoes for a school trip but unfortunately I was inconvenienced
