Online order missing

I placed an online order #*** with Wollies on the 31st of December. The estimated delivery date was the 5th of January.

It is 12 days later and the order is still pending. To my surprise I have received a email from Wollies enquiring about the new item. But I have not received any order.

This is disappointing according to the standard of the store.
