Online order disaster

<p>This is the first time I used your online service and I would not use it again. My order was scheduled for delivery on Saturday between 2pm and 5pm. At 10:20am on Saturday I got a call from the delivery guy that he is at my gate. I wasn’t at home so I asked him to return after 2pm. I waited at home the whole Saturday afternoon from 1:30pm, but he never came. What is the use of picking a delivery slot if he just delivers when he feels like it? I suppose he would try to deliver it during this week, but I will be at work. I’m not prepare to waste any more time sitting at home waiting for him. Can you please cancel my order and refund me?</p> <p> </p>
