Online order DISASTER!

Placed online order 01 May, delivery date 21 May, 22 May I now get a notice of the invoice for delivery but HALF of the order is out of stoc****!! Now winter items for my daughter are out of stock, sorry for you, make plan. 3weeks after ordering... and dont get me started about the actually ordering process.......PATHETIC!!!! PATHETIC!!! PATHETIC!!!
