Online Order Disappointment

I am so DISSAPPOINTED at woolies. Did my shopping a week ago and was due for a delivery yesterday. Only until I called was I told that my order was part of the orders that were lost by the couriers, the whole day am waiting with no communication from woolies. Now when I request for my refund am being told it will take 3 to 5 working days, this is after even tried to get a replacement order but it will only be delivered after 2weeks. Imagine almost a month of waiting for a online order that was ordered on time.
