Online order delivery

Highly disappointed at the online service. I placed an order in August 2022, till today 28 March 2023 the order is still pending delivery.

No one has contacted me to update me of the cause of the delay, and progress going foward

The most unfair part is that the item was already billed for in my account. In the monthly account installments paid, these include a charge for an item that I never paid.

I may basically paying interest on something I didn't receive.
