Online order

I ordered online on the 12th June2020 and paid online using my credit card,they even sent me an order number.On the 16th June i woke up to a bank notification that my account was debited with the same amount.I tried sending emails and the only reason they giving me is that,maybe the items were not on stock that's why my account was debited.Silly excuse i have ever heard,been shopping online for more that 7years,there is no way that your order can be processed if you haven't paid.
