online order

I did an online order that was meant to be delivered tuesday 19 december. Its friday 22 december and the delivery has still not been made. I've been given the run around by your store and agents over the phone, from those thinking I'm an idiot and blatantly lying there are no team leaders or managers available to those promising it will be delivered. The orders are christmas presents!!! why are u people so blase with your customers!!!?? As it is I demand a refund of my money and i am not willing to wait the 5 to 7 working days that was quoted. Im so disappointed in your service, its atrocious and I will not be spending a dime of my heard earned cash with you people again. If there was a negative rating available I would use it
