Online Mother's Day order ruined

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p>I so am disappointed with the online delivery service you have. Ordered my Mother's Day gifts for my gran and mom about 2 weeks ago. Scheduled delivery for Friday 12/5 so they would get their gifts before the rush. When they didn't get them I called the customer service centre and was told they would get them before COB. I then called them just after 5 and was told the courier went to the address and left because the business was closed. I put a note with the delivery that the address is business and house. She works from home!!! So the lady called Masnuna told me not to worry she would arrange the delivery for today Saturday. After speaking to her twice today all she could say was that she couldn't get hold of the courier and you deliver on Sunday. Really??? I can almost guarantee it won't be delivered tomorrow. I live in jhb and they are in Durban. So thank you for ruining a surprise o arranged for Mother's Day. Thank you for not delivering as promised. I am so irritated. What a waste of money. Both on the gifts and the telephone calls. I will not be using you again.</p>
