An item was missing from my order, I had to call the call center, told they are not allowed to call back, I had to hold, call dropped - but the agent did call me back at the end of day, gave me a long story about not being able to get hold of a store manager and left me with no solution, what do I have to do to get the missing item? I then emailed the online shopping dept. No receipt of email even. This is a joke, this system is archaic, frustrating and for R50 delivery, I am never buying groceries online from Woolworths again. earn from Takealot - they have got it right.
