Online Food Order not delivered after 6 days!!

I am soo frustrated by Woolworths online. I made an online order it was due for delivery on the 04.02.2022. Today its the 9th and i have not yet received my FOOD order. What this means is , my kids and I had to stay without food all these days!! You keep saying i was unreachable on my my cell, if you did attempt to deliver, i would have received a call from my complex security through intercom, This did not happen. I have even asked the security himself to take the order, your delivery people did not pitch!! 5 Days!! 5 days!! Woolworths!! I have sent emails, no assistance. I just want my money back, cancel the food order, you have failed me.
