Online disappointment..

I read so many bad reviews, I almost feel it is pointless to write another one.. The online store is a huge disappointment. I tried three different delivery addresses, in three different areas, but none has stock of the item I want. But the website also doesn't list the stores who does have stock so that I can driver there to collect. oh, but I forgot, I will not be allowed to collect as it is not a food item. Only food items can be collected. Now I have to explain to my grandmother why I can't buy her the item she asked me to get for her... thnx for nothing Woolworths...
