Online delivery still not received

My elderly in-laws ordered online and still haven’t received their order. They are very stressed. It says it’s been delivered but it hasn’t. Customer services doesn’t answer and our emails to Danieka Richards haven’t helped either. The order number is o***. Please help. Thanks.
