Online customer service pathetic

<p>firstly, who or what the hell is going on with your customer service, i've called twice today and everytime I explain my compaint they dont answer me but put me through to another departement.i've been holding for so long but no one can answer me. I ordered curtains online wih my store card and it says you immediately qualify for discounts if you use your store card and I did and I didnt get the discount as stated on the online pro mo. I've sent numerous emails and tried calling and no one has gotten back to me.....its been 3 days already, your online customer service is shocking. I would recommend rather using a computerised system than actual people because they are useless.</p>
