Online clothes shopping experience needs to be improved!

I LOVE woolies ... but guys you need to improve the online shopping platform for clothes shopping. It's the most frustrating experience- EVERY TIME! I have sent complaints via email etc. So I won't elaborate. But it's crazy that when you phone the help line they often can't help immediately and they ask you to go to your nearest store. What's the point of having an online store then?
