Online banking - credit card

i have been trying to register for the woolworths credit card online banking function on the woolworths website. card says 218-invalid status. Called the woolworths online banking department, got transferred to Absa , and then back to woolworths and back to absa and back to woolworths, this has been going on for 3 day . no one can help me and each time im told its the other department and i get transferred. I am now in this endless loop of going back and forth with no answer and i dont know if its woolworths or absa that is at fault so this review will be on both and hopefully someone will be able to assist me.
