Online Banking

My online banking is locked. I have contacted Woolworths and the people are not able to help me. Then I went in to Woolworths. They say I must go to ABSA. Absa say I must go to Woolworths. I am struggling for over 3 hours and still no one can help me. What is the point on having internet banking if no one can help you? It is ridicules. I can't use my online banking and I have to pay important things.
