Online "add to cart" does not work

Tried buy a gift card online. The ad to cart button does not work. Phoned woolworths online and spoke to Lollie. She explained that the website sometimes is faulty, will get IT to phone me back within 24hours. If she would have been surprised by the problem i would not be writing this complaint. She is not, its been a problem for years but never resolved.
