One to attend me for almost an hour at card printing desk

I come to collect my card at Woolworths Fourways, the desk that supposed to help there was no one to attend me, matter of fact they don't even know who supposed to be on duty today. What shocked me there is no one else that can do the job. After 45 minutes waiting I decided to leave without my card and mind you I was also on duty of my own.

This is very disturbing, now I have go back to JHB CBD without my card.
