On the 17th July I purchased a few items on the Woolworths dash however the items were not delivered, we were told they will be delivered to our nearest Woolworths store and we should go collect them there when they’re ready

On the 17th July I purchased a few items on the Woolworths dash however the items were not delivered, we were told they will be delivered to our nearest Woolworths store and we should go collect them there when they’re ready. When nothing happened I called the helpcentre to follow up on the order, but I was told they have processed a refund on my order and the money will take 3days to reflectin my acc. Until today nothing has transpired. My order number is ***.
