On line shopping does not work, fix it!

<p>I am unable to use the online shopping, there is a problem with the system and the issue is never resolved even after calling the help line endless times, it just never gets resolved and I never get my goods. I can log-in, order everything but cannot finish the checkout process, it just gets stuck on the delivery details sceen. It is not an issue my end, when I last called I let them log on using my user / password and they picked up the same issue. Each time they say they will log a call their end to get IT to check but no body ever gets back to me and I never get my goods. Last time they took my credit card details over the phone and said they would do it manually their end but nothing ever came of it!!! </p> <p>Tried again, had to delete old order as wanted to order clothing now, again it just gets stuck at that point.</p> <p>NB!! Do not get some low level clerk to call me and I must spend an hour trying to explain the issue all again, I have done this already endless times already with the call centre. Get someone from IT to first look and sort the issue.</p>
