on line delivery - extremely disappointed

I placed an online order (using the app) on Thursday, June 6th, and paid R75 for express delivery because I needed the jacket for my husband to use on Saturday. The order was supposed to be delivered the next day due to the express delivery fee, but I still haven't received it (12 June 2024). I had to make alternative plans on Saturday, which was very inconvenient. I am extremely disappointed with the service Woolies has been providing lately.
