My biggest issue is that, in addition to the fact that I established payment arrangements and have been keeping my half of the bargain, my insurance has been paying for the past two months. I've emailed them, but they stated they will escalate the issue, and I haven't heard back from them since last week. However, when I check my account, I notice that my payment relief has been paying, but it gets credited and uncredited simultaneously. and each month, my interest rates continue to rise.

The issue is that the salespeople are just interested in closing the deal when we purchase these insurance policies; they don't explain the specifics of what is required of us.

I was more than pleased to pay for them each month, however I am rather dissatisfied with their insurance policy.
