NQOBILE NZOBE FROM WOOLWORTHS IS THE WORST

I was in Woolworths Maponya Mall and it's my first and last time I will ever use that Woolworths and if u are like me u know great service and great people who serve with a smile dont ever go to Woolworths in Maponya Mall. This shop is well known for great customer service and great products but that was until I met Nqobile Nzobe at Maponya Mall so rude and self centered. I was bought a voucher and I also have Woolworths card and right now with meeting this Nqobile I feel like she should be working at Shoprite with that type of attitude. I was there with my sister and we have never felt so belittled for just asking a question worst of we had to greet her she was not bothered about greeting us is this how u train Woolworths tellers who work in the locations is service not important in the locations pls someone deal with Nqobile urgently she is a disgrace to such a big brand I am disgusted .
