Now they have dirty items on their rails for sale

<p>Am a pensioner and careful with my expenditure, also prone to passing out due to low blood pressure. Tried to buy bras in Rustenburg where I live. was in a very long queue and suddenly the lady in front of me tells me she is keeping place for 9 other customers! Put my items down and walked out! There is no consideration for the elderly!!</p> <p>Bought a set of bras (at Brits Mall branch) only to find the size was incorrect on the hanger and needed a bigger size - took it in for exchange in Rustenburg where I was told one was dirty so they will not exchange - I obviously bought a dirty bra!!!</p> <p>On a previous occasion bought 3 dresses cash - took one back and was refused my money back - it was put onto a gift card for me to use later.</p> <p>Just before that bought my husband a pair of jeans only to find, once home, that the stitching was coming loose down all the legs - took it back, replacement unavailble, refused a refund - again money on a card!</p> <p>My husband was a woolworths manager many years ago when quality and service were a way of life - he is now ashamed to be associated with the woolworths name and is always telling me not to go near them as they have NO quality or service - and now I now they sell dirty clothing too!!!</p> <p>Woolworths apparently don't even bother to query the complaints and jack up their staff in the retail outlets - I cannot honestly refer anyone there - PEP Stores does a better job and their quality is slowly but surely exceeding that of Woolworths!!!</p>
