Not willing to educate clients

Can we please get helpful individuals that are willing to assist customers at customer service. Called to confirm buy any 3 for 2 pretzels or pretzels deal 150g/180g as per advertised in store but was made to repeat myself and sound like an idiot by Vuyo, I asked to be transferred to Nathen who was very helpful but held until forever... until I hung up
